Warranty Policy
At Nēfi Clothing, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our one-year warranty, which covers any manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. (Limited warranty on athletic wear).
Clothing, what is Covered:
Manufacturing defects
Fabric quality issues
Stitching problems
Hardware malfunctions (e.g., buttons, zippers)
What is Not Covered:
General wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care
Alterations or repairs performed by you or unauthorized third parties
Claims without proof of purchase or Loyalty Assurance Certificate. LAC is issued with every purchase.
Athletic Wear Warranty
Warranty Period: 30 days from the date of purchase
Coverage: Limited to manufacturing defects.
Performance Expectation: Our athletic wear (e.g., soccer grip socks, compression shorts, lino guard) are built for rigorous use. Natural wear is to be expected, and the warranty does not cover performance degradation from regular use.
Return Policy: 45-day return policy under the outlined conditions
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
Contact our customer service team at customercare@nēficlothing.com with your proof of purchase, LAC and a detailed description of the issue.
Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will determine if the issue is covered under our warranty.
If approved, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you.
