Nēfi Clothing Return Policy

At Nēfi Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return the item(s) within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 45 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all tags attached.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Proof of purchase and LAC is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customercare@neficlothing.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the return authorization slip.

  4. Ship the item(s) using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

  • Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

Additional Information:

  • Nēfi Clothing is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will however work with the courier to resolve any issues and offer you the best solution.
